When you wake up @PennyForthem - just pop over to the Men's Tent and relieve @Ballerina and @Sue.Q - they've been on fatigues over there  - there has been a bit of p*ss taking going on, and they've both been keeping a watchful eye overnight

Hubby has a sure fire way to reset body clocks and its to pull an all nighter. Just stay up for the full 36 to 48 hours, then go to bed at 9 or 10 pm with the alarm set at what time you would like to get up. You must get up at the chosen time, no over sleeping, it does work. I may force hubby to do one soon, he's getting to bed later and later.

Tonight I have to try and get to sleep in between bouts of blinding headaches. I think I have sinusitis, or migraines. But I don't normally have migraines that last longer than 6 hours ( I haven't had one for about 3 years either)and this one has been with me on and off for 3 days. Nasty left eye area stabbing with a knitting needle type of pain. It also doesn't feel like sinusitis, I haven't had any colds, I'm not particularly blocked, no snottiness and no pounding when I bend over. If I still have it late tomorrow I will call the doc's in case its a problem with the meds I'm on. Its why I haven't been on much today. Its even stopped me getting into the attic and tidying it up. The lads have left it in a right mess.

Hello chomp, or is it chimp?
I don't know where in the world you are so I can't tell how bad your insomnia is, but I get it too, but more often because I need to get up in the night after drinking too much water during the day! There is a thread on magnesium somewhere.

Hiya Debs,
Am in the UK so it's about 4am now. 'Chomp' sounds pretty good on a fast day!
Sounds like a few sleepless nights is pretty common - I'm sure it's just my body adjusting :) Perhaps it's turning all that fat into energy - so yay.
Tasmania is a very pretty place BTW did the cradle mountain walk several decades ago was very lovely.

Good to see @debs and@candicemarie manning the tent as ever. I did wake up about 3pm but did manage to get back to sleep. I'm out and about already this morning so I wanted to squeeze out just a little more zzzzz time.

Good morning Glampers,

I actually had not a bad nights sleep but then after two nights where I slept not at all I was exhausted but it seems I kicked hubs all night. He seemed to think I was the sort of person to care

Ballerina x
