Welcome home Shelley @johns - glad to hear you had a lovely holiday...and it's good to have you back with us!

You're quite right, Dee, we do have to get back on the straight & narrow! I'm game if you are! Let's talk plans soon....xx
I have to give my star back..... :star:
I am now two pounds above my starting weight, as this week I gained three pounds after losing it last week. I know some of that is water, but it is still annoying, though really not surprising. We had visitors, and so it has been 4 days of little exercise, lots of wine, puddings and treats.
At 10 stone 12 pounds, I am close to being 11 stone again. And while that is just a number, it is a number that will act as a motivator this week!
Love page 1 with all the stars...we will have a galaxy by the time we've finished this challenge. Thanks for updating it @Justdee.
And congratulations to everyone.
We're off for a family weekend in the Lake District with our daughters. Really looking forward to it as we see each of them quite often but to have both of them together is a real treat. Staying in a real ale pub that does lovely food so it will be fun but challenging!!! On the plus side there will be lots of walking to burn a few of the calories off!
hello my accountabuddies :)

post holiday weigh in weight 158lbs. woop woop, the same as before I went :like: :) :like: so pleased when I saw this on the printout from boots. quite unbelievable when you consider what I ate while away & since getting back.

still hoping to lose 5lbs to get to under 11 stone if possible as havent been that weight since before child no 3 who is now 18. I have 5 children but having child no 4 13 months after child no 3 did nothing for my waistline :)

so its back to bsd this week. was thinking about starting with a fast day as havent eaten yet but tummy is rumbling & Im sure that 2 meals for today & a bsd day is what is needed. good luck dee @justdee with your fast day/bsd day. hope it goes well.

& fantastic results from those taking part in this challenge. very impressive & encouraging :like: :like: :like:

shelley xx
That's amazing @Johns and wonderful to know that you can still have holidays - and not gain! If you do, you just get back in that horse - clippers clop - easy peasy! Well done
Bean
I loved reading what everyone had to say today. A few of us have had a little break for one reason or another (that's what it's all about, living this and still being on track) and now we're back here and ready for the final push on this challenge.
I had a BSD day today. 4pm I had half a pot of cottage cheese, dinner this evening was a pork chop with green veg and 3 small new potatoes, just had a few mini oreo's too. I know the potatoes and oreos aren't really great on the BSD but I'm still under 800cals and 50carbs. so all is good. I'm going to finish the week off with this "relaxed" BSD then hit it again with full BSD from Sunday. I'll take it a week at a time from there. What are you thinking Pernelle @Hazelnut20? Fancy a BSD week with me next week? Looks like @johns is in too, as well as all the other BSDers (they're all doing so well).
Well done on your maintenance while on holiday Shelley, isn't that great. With the BSD those 5lbs will be gone before the end of the challenge, as well as a few more, I'm sure. I love the name accountabuddies, I think that should be the name of the next challenge :like:

Not to worry @Annurca, life is for living, I hope you had a lovely time with your visitors. At least you're still here ready to get back on it. Good luck, you can do this :clover: :clover: :clover:
You're welcome @Queen56, have a lovely time in the Lake District with your daughters.
Will do @JustDee and will be up for 5/2 when I get back ...but I'm liking the sound of relaxed BSD too...!
Hello TD!
I'm 6/7ths with you re getting back to full time BSD next week! As I said before, I really need to make myself accountable again....

I'll need a day pass for Tuesday though - my best friend bought me and three other friends a voucher last August for afternoon tea in a local hotel...which runs out on Aug 8th this year. Talk about cutting it fine! We've already rescheduled it a couple of times and can't do it again. I'm thinking obviously to not go too mad, but also, to enjoy it fully if that's poss! Apart from that, I will stick rigidly to the rules, I promise!

I've been crazy busy these past few weeks, so not on the forum much, but will be in touch more from next week onwards so we can really get on with it! Hope you have a great weekend xx
Yes @hazelnut20 get yr ass back over to the BSD tent please! Its bin kinda lonely over there but nanashelley @johns is back now, and @loveswalkingand @nursebean and @justdeeare all ready to rock! I need my BSD buds to keep me inspired! :victory: :victory: :victory:
Well, I've just weighed - and I've lost another pound. I know it doesn't sound like much - but I have had TWO naughty days - so I call that a great result!! Next week I should get my two stone award!
Looking forward to hearing all your lovely results - good luck everyone!
Bean
Hi folks! I've taken a bit of a detour back to 77.1kg since the grandkids schools broke up    Anyhow, hoping to get things more together and beat it back down, my best recently was 76.2kg so onwards and downwards  :geek:
Hello everyone!

For me were four weeks without much loss, 2 lb (0.5 kg), but the important thing is to persist, more than two years and has moments that your body wants to fix this weight and then download again, we must have patience and move on. :clover:

Hugs to all, Brazil and the Olympics !!! :like: :like: :like: :like:
Hello everyone!
I’m putting the link of my image is the progress made in two years of effort in the battle of weight loss.
What is encouraging all to not lose heart.
I think that these photos before and after, are inspiring because it was the same picture to the one that encouraged me to invest in my health and in consequence lost weight.
I started pulling out all sugar and gluten-, over time also picked out the grains and traded vegetable oils for lard, butter and olive oil and coconut oil, but the important but nothing industrialized.
I’m 56 years old and do not need any more medicine, was hypertensive, had serious circulation problems and more a series of conditions, today only use two supplements: melatonin and magnesium.
Part of the weight lost with diet and then with fasting, joined this forum in April and were 7 kg in total are gone close to 25kg.
Still weight 104 kg, but I feel pretty! I am quite high, have a long way to go in losing weight, the forum has helped me a lot, you guys are wonderful people, difficult does not write in English, I have to use google translator.

@Ana56 Wonderful! :like: Losing that much weight makes a difference. 104kg is about my weight when I started this way of eating (WOE). I have slow weight loss because I celebrate with too many carbs. Maybe we should have a tent group of those of us over 200 pounds (about 90kg if I converted correctly).
Keep at it, and let us know how you are doing. :clover: :clover:   Ann
