Good to see your updates and that things are on the up for you now. Wishing you a happy healthy 2014 :clover:
I'm going to see my consultant next Thursday 16th. Then my latest sick certificate runs out the following day. I think I'm doing well, a little bit of ache in the tum and back today, but I've lost track of my cycle, so that might be the cause.
Yesterday I did a determined walk, not far, not fast, but my legs are feeling it today.
I also admit that I picked up the laundry basket and took it upstairs -totally forgot what I was doing. So that might be it too.
