Week three weigh in and have put on 1.5 pounds!
To recap, I lost 4 pounds in week one and half a pound in week two. So still 3 pounds down overall and feeling a bit slimmer.
I think I put on 2 pounds over last weekend (I didn't do anything outrageous!) and most of it has stayed with me all week.
Fasted Monday (fine) and yesterday (not so good but not terrible).
I'm assuming this is a temporary blip and I'm sticking with this way of eating as I'm enjoying it.
I thought I'd better report it in case anyone else has put weight on and is feeling fed up! I'm a bit disappointed but not hugely. I'm in this for the long term.
