The June weigh in is now open!
30 May 2013, 09:20
:announce:
Roll up! Roll up! Post your month's progress here!
The weigh-in thread will be open until Monday morning.

As not everyone weighs and as waist measurement is a better indicator of fat loss, we will declare either or both weight and waist.

Please include: current weight and/or waist and how that has changed since last month (if you have info on your May 4th weight/waist). Also your starting stats and target stats if you like and any other comment.

Please can you post your results in kg and cm ? Moogie has created a lovely bit of code to convert pounds to kg and inches to cm so you don't have to change the way you measure, just use these codes when you post:
Code: Select all
[weight=lb]x[/weight]
[measure=inches]y[/measure]

Just replace the x with your weight in lb and the y with you're measurement in inches! :cool:

Next weigh in will be July 6th (that'll be 5 weeks as we're going for the first weekend of each month).
Ooooh eeeeep! Just after I've hada really indulgent week with my parents visiting! :confused:
OK, I will weigh tomorrow and on Saturday and then decide which weight to declare, LOL!!!
oops
I concur with TML and GMH :frown:
Sounds like a plan if I include weighing on sun and mon morning too! :wink:

So far it has been easy, and the weight loss satisfying.

Anyway weight 3 May was 146 lbs and weight today is 145 lbs.
i can put it into kilos
todays weigh in 66 kg , and waist 84 cm ( was 97 cm at beginning of programme).
