Started 4th march : 109.3kg (17st 3 or 241lbs) waist: 112cm/45 inches
3rd July. : 100.1kg (15st 11 or 221lb)
5th August: 99.6kg (15st 9 or 220lb) waist : 95cm/37 inches

I hit a plateau during the whole of June/July so I'm really happy to see - not only a 2lb loss - but my first milestone of 'double (kilo) figures!!! Yaaayyyyyyy!!!! Haven't been under 100kg since before having my first baby! (And my first baby is now 21 years old!) very happy!

Started 5:2 23rd february 281lbs

5th July 253lbs
5th August 249lbs

Lost last month 5lbs.
Re: August Weigh In Now Open

Beginning of July 74.8kg
August 5th 73.4kg

Total loss for July = 1.4kg

BUT - the last 2 weeks of July were holidays, with a huge amount of eating and drinking and making merry, and just one fast a week, and I put on only half a kilo compared to my last weigh in before I left. I love this WOE!
