This week I only saw a 400g loss :/ I know why because I was eating horribly this week. This week has been a very stressful one. I'm hoping next week is better.

I'm feeling rather frustrated today, I just had my second fast yesterday with another one tomorrow and every day so far my weight has crept up! I know I was home sick and I was eating quite a lot in the way of carbs but still, I'm really frustrated.

I am super excited this morning!! This week I have seen two sets of new numbers! The last couple of days I have been seeing 97.7kg and then I weighed myself this morning and said 96.7kg!!!! I feel really hopeful of hitting my Easter target of 95kg now!! I decided to try drinking lemon water yesterday to see if it would help with digestion and I've also read it helps with weight loss, well it certainly did wonders for me this morning  :) :)

Well my dip in my weight last week must have just been a fluke, this week it's spiked back up again :( I have only managed to do 5:2 this week and yesterday I had quite a few carbs, it's also "that time" so that always affects my weight. I hope next week will be a low number again

Hey buddie don't despair with it being "that time"
water weight deffo just carry on doing what you've been doing and the scales will catch up eventually.

Like sue said it's just water and will be gone next week. I stopped and you carried on, looking at your progress really inspires me. Well done and good luck as you continue. :)
