Well, I put on after my holiday with no fasting at all, but since I came home, I have lost some of it, so my 'official' weigh in shows a 2lb gain, and I'm ready to lose it.
I really do love this way of eating, and even after having enjoyed our family holiday, I am still well below my GP's set target. How fab is that?!
