Still, if you deprive yourself of food two days a week, you have got to have a sense of humor!

Never feel deprived again!
My blood pressure has dropped significantly, after only 6 weeks on the 5:2!

Its easy - I could follow this indefinitely. Six weeks in and I've lost around 11lb. I love it.
I've been re-programmed to eat only when actually hungry, so much more enjoyable than mindless guilty snacking!

Five months on 5:2
