Hi Roscoe - that's pretty funny about your food making you tired! I find eating in general makes me tired (I remember learning, it has something to do with your body using energy for digestion), but I don't actual find any of those foods in general making me particularly tired. One of my favorite we...

Today April 28, 2018 184 lbs. I'm getting closer to reaching the half way point. 160 lbs. is the current target, but 143 would be the middle of "normal" BMI. Maybe I'll eventually shoot for 145. We'll cross that bridge when we get there. So far things are still going pretty well. After 24 ...

Thank you for last week's two stars, Sassy1 , that was very kind of you! Just a quick check in with today's weight. I am maintaining at 147.2 pounds this week and that is after having friends round for supper last night. It's a shame that my weigh-in day wasn't yesterday because the scales showed 14...

I knew I shouldn't have trusted my very low weigh-in result on my Sunday weigh-in! :pissedoff: The damned scales have been consistently above my 145.6 pound reported weight ever since and that is despite a fast day on Monday and fairly sensible days since then! To say I am cross would be an underst...

Hello fellow super solstice challengers and our respected leader, cblasz . Reporting in on my usual 'official' weigh-in day. (I have weighed on a Sunday morning for a zillion years - no idea why but probably an attempt to rein in my weekend eating when I was working!) It is very hard for me to belie...

Number 4 reporting in for the last day of the challenge. I have gone down from 145.7 pounds to 140.7 pounds making a total loss of exactly five pounds! Converted that makes 2.27kg loss for the duration of the challenge! Hurrah! :victory: Now all I have to do is lose my last 0.7 pounds and I will be...

I don't think that I understand about trend lines etc and I made a mistake on even a simple average last week! My average weight for the week ending 23rd January should have been 144.7 pounds and this week it is 144.2 pounds. I don't think that I like averages much because I have gone down from 145...

My weigh in day is Sunday but this challenge started fo me on last Monday, following a fast day. Rather an up and down week for me - member no 4 - but my average is 144.2 pounds, down from my starting weight of 145.7 pounds, so I am very happy with that! We'll gloss over what I ate yesterda...

Thanks you Tracieknits . What a day I've had - went to the gym, did lots of housework, walked to work - my step count atm is 20,058, wow - that's 3,145 calories burned! I would have walked home but OH came to pick my up which was just as well as the covering of snow we had froze so it saved me break...

Thank you for the welcome, Juliana.Rivers ! My starting weight on Monday, 11th January is 145.7 pounds, having fasted on Sunday and dropped from 149 pounds! I will be doing 'straight' 5:2 but with more careful eating on my non-fast days to ensure that I am not over-indulging too much! Sounds like a...
