Gosh - I'm quite overwhelmed by all the lovely comments! I'm so pleased that I've been an inspiration to some of you. This WOL has certainly been a revelation for me and I still can't get over how much better I look and feel. To anyone who is having doubts about trying this, I'd definitely say give it a go.
