#4 update: Please put me down for a -5kg ( around 10 pounds) goal to start. Starting weight: 188 lb (85kg).

Thanks.
I would love to join in too. I am currently 163lb and am aiming for a loss of at least 5lbs.

#5 I want to add my start weight and goal.
Nov 2nd started at 138lbs (9st 12lbs)
Would love to reach 133lbs ( 9st 7lbs) at the end of the challenge, ie loss of 5 lbs.

I am planning fluid fasting as an extension of my routine 5:2. But certainly getting a grip on the way I eat.
I think my main issue has been stress+guzzling between fasting.
Now life is settling more, and I am ready to plan and be mindful. It is true that if it had not been for 3yrs and more of 5:2 i would not have achieved wellness and size 12.( warning :clothes slightly tighter,)
Great success and pride to all, and thanks to @Juliana.Riversfor running this challenge.

Well I didn't win Miss Slinky but I'm not too worried because I'm now all set on the right road to slimness. I really believe I can do it now. Yes, I take the scenic route but this Christmas Challenge has placed me back on the right path to reaching my ultimate goal - to be 9 stone!! This is the first time in years and years that I actually think I might reach it! Woohoo!

Come on everyone one! Lets do this!

@Katharina, I have now updated Post 1 with your 5 pound loss goal. Go for it.. from memory you have always succeeded on the Christmas challenges.

Oh how i know the clothes getting tighter feeling. And have for the first time every embraced liquid fasting! Just finished nearly 24 hours and got 16 hours to go. No problemo. Ive got this thing!
Good morning (or afternoon!) I'm still doing the accountabuddies challenge, but I'm happy to say that I'm already down 1 lb. from my starting weight on this one. 4 more to go. As I said on the other challenge I'm feeling very overwhelmed with work and holidays approaching etc. But I'm going to keep doing the best I can and hope to meet my modest goal by Christmas and then put it back in high gear after the holidays!
