Productivity at our workplaces and school was down that day, everyone I know was following it. My daughter's Spanish class followed it in Spanish. The numbers were clear enough to follow. How horrible for you.
Almost forgot!

#4, -2 pounds (-.9kg) this week for me.
#5 reporting first week 1.2 lbs lost, great! Thanks to @ADFnFuel for writing about Fungs new book. Very very good.
Just read Dr Fungs book. Absolutely life changing. Did my first fast two weeks ago. Would love to join the xmas challenge! Goal is 8 lbs over the next 6 weeks (and then keep the good habits over the holidays,, harder [incompatible emoji removed] )
SianS wrote: Member #9 checking in with a weight of 162 lbs, a loss of 3lbs in 2 weeks. Not very impressive tbh, but at least it is going in the right direction.

yep its the right direction1 thanks for the update @SianS
Wmr309 wrote: Member #3: lost another 200 gram so that's 800gr in one week, with 1.2kg to go. I devoured take-away pizza and guzzled wine on Wednesday night while watching the US elections. Food and drink were my only comfort that night! Dinner, wine, ice cream and chocolate tonight but that's Friday nights for me and the reason I love 5:2.

Well done @Wmr309.. I love 5:2 too

Hi everyone one
I am Happy to report I am down 3 lbs
I had a bad week last week, so the scale was up on Monday. But I am doing damage control this week and I hope I can report that it's down again (and hopefully a little more) next week!
You're doing an awesome job @Juliana.Rivers!!
