Number 3 went up 200 gram this week but that's understandable; too many biscuits and sweets on offer at work and possible still dealing with the indulgent weekend which saw the scales go entirely the wrong direction. Compared to Monday morning weigh in I was 1.5kg lighter this morning ;)
Result: 600 gram so far, still 1.4kg to go.
#7 reporting in at 161.6lbs, a tiny loss and quite disappointing as I've had a solid week. I really hope to see 150something soon.
#4, -2 pounds (-.9kg) again this week for me. Currently 184.

Side Note: If allowed, I'll remain as a participant of this group until its end December 20th, then move on to other interests. Thank you everyone for your time, experience, enlightened discussions and criticisms over the last 3+ years. Best of life to you all.

I am Happy to report I am down 3 lbs

Wow well done @Faith Marsh
Oh it involved being extra good and fasting one day! The scale was down on Friday, but we'll see how it goes at my WI tomorrow!
Hello everyone! The scale was back down a little bit today. I'm done with the Accountabuddies challenge, but based on my rate of weight loss for that and knowing that it's very hard for me during the holiday season, I've decided to amend my goal a bit. I would be very happy to just lose 3 lbs. overall, bringing me to 165. Hopefully, by striving for that, I'll stay somewhat on track and will at least keep from gaining weight! Then I'll start fresh in the new year!

Keep up the good work everyone!!
