Good luck @Debs & @nursebean...I am hoping it's going to be really effective for you both!
 Best of luck @Debs Keep us informed on your progress steady with the lovely lindt

:clover: Good luck @nursebean You can do this together yes :clover:
Good Luck both of you. Very interesting to see how you both get on. :clover:
Well, it didn't start very well this morning. Alarm went off at 4.34am (don't ask!!), weed and weighed. Where did all this added fat come from??????????? Anyway, I hot footed it to the gym, did my three lots of 20 second HIT and a hill walk and felt very virtuous. Fast day today!
 Well done @Debs but I'd say a very long fast day
 4-34am!!!! keep yourself busy + awake.
Well quite!!! But I start work at 6am (11 hour shift) so I have to exercise then otherwise I am buggered by the evening! Distraction required!
I like this every day weighing! I weighed this morning and 2.8kg disappeared overnight!!! That helps!I didn't end up eating yesterday as I didn't get to go shopping and couldn't face the canteen but I'm not planning to do that every day.
ANyway, I know how variable weight can be so we shall see how it goes over the week, but at this stage I am happy just to see some sort of progress, however fleeting!!
I'm having buttery scrambled eggs with cheese for brekky and then am off shopping for a free range organic roast chook, avocadoes and assorted goodies!
Good lindt, errrr Luck Debs and Bean! You are not alone, I have it on very good authority that Karen set off with 80% dark stashed in her bag - for emergency use in the land of Hershey
Ha ha, looking forward to a stern talking to to the dark choc cocnut tonight!! And maybe a piece of Montezuma Lemon Meringue which I believe has been very naughty!!
Yes, Hershey, not really chocolate is it?!
Well it certainly never tasted like chocolate to me, not the real McCoy anyways - the Montezuma sounds good  - I can see me beetling off again to Fenwicks next Thursday - have discovered they have Charbonnel et Walker, Prestat as well as Lindt and that Willie chap  (soz to hijack your thread Debs  :dazed: I'll get me coat ... )
Good on ya@Debs and @nursebean
Just stay right awayfrom dem sugar free bears hehehe  xx
Ooh Debs, buttery scrambled eggs! Mmmm now you're talkin! X
Oh no, feel free, I'll talk choccy any time!! I love the pink pepper choc, I tihnk it is Dolphin or something. Plus they do a very nice chai masala!
Oh yum chocolate. Good luck Debs and Nursebean. Don't think I could do it, in fact I feel. hungry just thinking about ADF. Mind you 2.8kg overnight, that's almost worth it
2.8 kg after one fast?It is awesome! How did you make it? Or, do you think,it is HIIT? :?:
Good luck with your experiment- I look forward to reading your journey and see the final result!
