Would have liked to have got below 75, and still might by christmas but the socialising is full on now and my will power is weak when offered fruit mince pies.
On plus side we are in full summer mode here in NZ so its much easier and nicer to be out for walks on the beach and other fitness activities like climbing Mt Maunganui

Well, surprise surprise, I've actually met my initial goal today! My weight loss on this diet had been relatively steady until the last few months. I think the bumpiness has really confused me. Basically, I'm still not sure how this has happened, but I'll take it!
Thanks again, Juliana, for all your hard work! Otsukaresamadeshita! And to everyone else for all your support
coffeetime wrote: Hi @Juliana.Rivers, I was just looking at the amazing results and couldn't help noticing that the name above mine (Member 118) has lost 13.3kg. Is that a mistake? If not then she has done extremely well
coffeetime wrote: Member 119 checking in. I'm still exactly on my maintenance weight, 9st 7lb, it fluctuates slightly but usually downwards. My waist measurement however has started climbing in the opposite direction, not too much so far but I will have to do something about it.
This maintenance is hard work, I seem to be thinking about it all the time. When I started 5:2 I weighed and measured once a week at first and once I had got to know the average calories in my foods I didn't bother so much. Now I weigh every day so that I can keep my weight under control, I'm hoping that I can get back to a more relaxed approach and judge my weight by the tightness of my clothes.

Don't think I will achieve 10 10 (150lbs) before the big day, but I will do so in January.
