Thanks for all the replies :oops: :oops: :oops: still have a way to go!

I have such a lot to lose so it has come off quickly for me, I expect it to slow down soon but it is an amazing WOL that it doesn't matter, there are other benefits :wink:

Definitely those pant would fall down. You can really see the difference. Hope you are chuffed and proud of your self Vicki because you are amazing with what you have achieve thus far

Thanks again, I look forward to losing the rest of the weight, I'm amazed so much has come off in such a short time myself. I know I can do this which is the best feeling ever even if it takes another 12 months - I don't care! :razz:

Thought I'd update as well, this year has been amazing for me (the last 8 months anyway!)

The originals were from October 11 (112.3kg/247.6lb/17st9.6lb) so here I am, these were taken yesterday! (Last weigh in 100.2kg/221lb/15st11)
