Hi @Maggiee, that "sensible" comment was about me needing to look up the meaning of Bogan, because my 'early morning' brain wasn't capable of making a comment with any sense without out help.
@candicemarie. I thought what @maggiee said sounded like a chav to me,so I looked it up on urban dictionary http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=bogan
Drear dark dank February. Yuck. No energy, no get up and go. Could be November!
  :-? :sleepy: :sheep: :sheep2: :cloudy: :struggle: :unlike: :ghost: :lying:
Two things..
One,i' m watching a programme about Northumberland...@silverdarlingare you from there?
And @rawkaren do you visit there sometimes?...lovely place...
Two..this morning i googled Fast Day and underneath the link it said," this site may be hacked"
Does anyone know anything about this or what it means ? @carorees or other mods? X
@CandiceMarie,
1. I went on holiday a few years ago to Northumberland and I loved it - what a wonderful part of the UK.
2. I've just googled 'fast day' and I am getting the same thing - 'This site may be hacked', tagging @moogie.
I've passed this to the tech guys, I don't think there's a problem, I think Google is just confused because we moved the main FD site to a new server last week. Thanks for the heads up though!

Thanks for alerting me @CandiceMarie, I've emailed Moogie and the tech guys.
@candicemarie. Having lived in Northumberland for more than 15 years, (just outside Corbridge), I'm happy to call it home . It's beautiful and very happy it is under rated as it keeps the tourists away. Can you tell me what you were watching as I'd like to see it if I can.
Hi @rawkaren it was called More Tales of Northumberland and it was on ITV at 8 pm last night xx
Hi CM - endorse all Karen says! That beach that Robson Green was skinnydipping from is my local beach, Druridge Bay! Never have, and never will though !
Hi all, had to share this tidbit--our town famous for all the wrong (cold) reasons:

http://ithacavoice.com/2015/02/ithaca-j ... -facebook/

We're toasty warm inside today in spite of 10-degree F temps outdoors because it's sunny and we have big south-facing windows--we'll pay for it in the summer, though,

I was brought up in Newcastle and once when camping with the guides at Eschott we found ourselves at Druridge bay at dawn after a midnight hike ( wouldn't be allowed these days!) The sea looked so good that we had to go in. Underwear was worn but there was an open cast mine just inland in those days so a bit of an eyeful for the stream of heavy lorries coming and going!
@silverdarling i thought that name Druridge Bay seemed familiar! You have probably mentioned it on here and/ or put up a photo x
@lil that dip sounds good fun! Dib dib dib for the scouts, dip dip dip for the Guides!
@MaryBeth keep wrapped up..i am dithering just looking at that snowy photo...
And i learnt something tonight..i didnt know Cornell was in Ithaca xX
Today i ate two slices of birthday cake and three pancakes and enjoyed every crumb and bite
Feel horribly full tho
Didnt intend eating any of Dear Beaus bday cake, but he wrapped two slices up and brought them and gave them to me en route to Waitrose
I ate one piece in Waitrose caff as my own private rebellion against their new rule of if you want to get yr free cuppa, you must buy something to eat..so i paid for my cuppa and ate my cake
I dont think its a fair that they've changed their rule..between the two of us we spent about £ 40 in their supermarket...the least we deserved was a free cup of tea,no strings! X
