I think she's a real regular human ;) She used to post quite a bit on the forum but I haven't sen her post for a while. She's probably too busy getting all those steps in!

I'm not managing to keep up my usual step count at all while I'm in the uk and I've not fasted once yet either! Thankfully I'm able to do the hiit and I'm skipping breakfast everyday.

Well done to everyone who is improving their step counts and to everyone else for keeping going with it.

Just having the fitbit is a great motivator and helps get us off our bums :)

Well Said!
I'm so in awe of Einat B and Annscotslass. Einat hasn't posted for a while, but yes, she is a real person and I'm sure Ann is too!
I run around 40-50kms a week, walk 30 and the rest is just normal activity. I don't think I'd have time for anything more with work. I agree that having a Fitbit makes me park further away from work and walk, and any opportunity I have to walk I do. Especially the days when I don't run!
Nice one franglais aka Susan. That's a hell of a lot of running.
And my fitbit is only off my boddy at bedtime and when it needs charging.
Its a great motivator.
I'm competing with my hubs who has a zip and does a desk job, but he catches me up when playing golf at the weekends.
Young Tim is now on top of me.
He's got good distance but I'm far more active...ha ha This sounds so bad.....
Ooo errrr misses.
This endless rain has kept me indoors since Monday which has seriously impacted on my Steps. It looks like the next few days will be dry if not fine, so time to get my walking boots on again.
Well I barely recovered from the gastroenteritis and now I have BruceE's cold. It was lovely of him to share it with me ;-)

I'm dropping down the roster for this month.
Really enjoying my work outs on fast days - todays my second attempt and it feels far more intense and like im actually doing something.

The weight loss after I did this last fast day was far greater too - will be interesting to see if I see the same trend again tomorrow.
@wendyjane you will have a short window to be in the lead. When we change to February some participants will get off to a slow start. So you can have a few days in the top. I can't remember if it is Einat or Ann, but I'm pretty sure one of them is a dog walker.

Us walkers can't compete with the runners...but it is still fun to try and maintain your ranking in your group:)

No, running definitely gives an advantage in the number of steps done. I wouldn't have time with work to walk the all the steps/kms I do running, even if I wanted to!
Just walking here. Don't want to start with jogging/running until ive lost a little more weight
Come to our new camp site over in Fastonbury :-)
