Thanks Betsy : did first part of 100 push up challenge using free App - felt good, also found good App for abs exercises, will do these also.

Doing two consecutive days fasting today and tomorrow. Watched the horizon video eat fast and live longer again last night; found it just as inspirational as first viewing.

Done Wk2D2 - really tough on the last set. Only did the minimum.

I'm using the 90 sec rest to work towards stretching my legs by sitting on the floor doing dance stretches - i think I'm feeling a slight improvement.

I started this as well and am amazed at the projected rapid increase over the weeks. It will be very interesting to see if it is sustainable. WHEN I have completed this challenge I might have a go at the abs sessions. Fasting, press ups and core exercises are waayyyy to much for me to cope with at the same time.

Disaster. I fell over in the bathroom last night, and have hurt my wrist. I'm not doing my next push ups till Saturday, so it does have chance to get better, but I'm really hoping it doesn't prevent me carrying on with the challenge

Comprehensively spanked by Week2 Day1 - couldn't do the second 14.

Some crunching noises within my right shoulder to boot!

Will try again tomorrow,I suppose, but not looking good at the moment...

Edited to right shoulder, previous was wrong shoulder!

Yup, have heard those too. I may get into the routine of repeating each week to see if I can move through the program successfully...am very paranoid about my shoulder though since getting it whacked by a horse.

Have failed all the week 4 (column 2) tests, but failed the last really badly, perhaps because I was trying harder to do 'good form' press ups. So will have to try this week again...

Hurray. Passed the end of week 2 test, and did 30 push-ups. Still girly-ones. Onto week 3 on Tuesday.

Still failing the wobble test however, but pleased with my progress.

I've been working on my form - if I lean further forward over my arms, its definitely harder. And I'm making sure my hair is well on the ground at the bottom of the dip.

Great progess Minum! I still can't do even the girly-ones but if 'hair on the ground' works then I'm already good! My hair is well passed my waist.

Just tried to repeat Week2 Day1 column3 - got much further but still failed (8/10 in 4th set). It seems very hard but I have not diligently been doing press ups every other day due to the effect it has - I get really shaky & knackered even when successful. Plus the right shoulder is still crunching a bit...

Maybe try this once more then revert to repeating Week1 - a bit concerned that I have lost some muscle recently along with the fat...

It sounds absolutely impossible. But I do love a defined arm and I'm trying to get my tummy looking nice in time for my holiday, so i'll give it a go.

Give it a go imcountingufoz, I'm surprising myself I(even if they are only girly ones)

Just done WK3D1 - tough. I think form is a big issue - definitely feel harder, depending on how I position myself. Trying to resist the temptation to make it easier
