Hi there wendyjane, yes I do, and it is challenging at the moment!!! I drink so much water it's not funny, no wonder I always feel bloated and get up in the night every five minutes:(
Ah well, they pay me well!!
I'm here too, most of the (hot) day behind me now thank goodness. Wish we could send some of this heat up into the Northern Hemisphere; I would gladly share!
I'm in today with what I hope will be my first fast of three this week. Good luck to everyone

edited to add, I'm pretty sure it's 7:30am here but my post shows as 8:30am? :?:
I'm in today 1/3 again for this week- I'm definitely think of switching to 4:3 from now on, I find it a lot easier. Happy fasting all xx
Morning all. I'm fasting today for the 2nd time, been looking forward to it all weekend! Need to go and buy some new scales tonight as I've realised mine are broken!
It's absolutely freezing here so I'm jealous of all talking about the heat waves you're having!
I am in today, hoping to complete 4.3 this week.
Morning Everyone, I'm in too and hoping to continue to restore things post Christmas!
Have a good day.
Hi! I´m back and will be fasting today too. There has been 1,5 months from my last fast. I had 1 month holiday in december and then I got sick. I got 3 kilos on that time... So back to the basics!
I'm in and very envious of all the talk of hot weather. It's grey dismal and raining here in SW France.
I'm in today. Our hot day is nearly done, that is if it cools off tonight. Just about time to have dinner - baked chicken and veggies. I have trialled a snack at 5pm tonight of a carrot and a few grapes to eat on the way home from work. Last week I struggled with a bit of nausea when I stuck to 500 calories in one meal at dinner time and I want to see if this helps.
I'm in. Scales up 3kgs since my xmas stuffings lol. I don't envy you southern hemisphere dwellers in the heat. Give me cold temperatures any day thanks.

I'd like to join you all today. I did fast yesterday, but the last 3 weeks I have only managed 6:1, so a back to back might be the order of the day. Good luck everyone.
I'm in today too, switching from my usual Tues/Thurs to Mon/Weds as I am going out for a posh lunch with a friend on Thursday.
I'm in today, plan on doing today and Thursday. The plan is to have lots of water and peppermint tea today, and a quick gym session before a batch of Moroccan chicken soup tonight (can't wait!). Left enough calories for a few coffees with milk if I need a pick me up whilst at work.

Hope everyone has a great day :)
I started my #3 of 36 hour reduced calorie intake last night at approx 17:00hrs. All going well no issues and no hunger pains to date. One small disaster, I forgot to take an oxo cube into work for a couple of warm drinks. So be it, water it is.

I choose to eat one meal during the 36 hours. Tonight it will be homemade chicken and vegetable soup. I used packets of mixed frozen vegatables rather than "fresh" vegetables in the soup

A little on frozen verses "fresh" vegetables. I once worked in a frozen food supplier/manufacturing company. The vegetables are processed and frozen in a matter of hours from being harvested. Therefore, these vegetables as such are very fresh.

Supermarket "fresh" vegetables (and fruit) in most cases are several months old. They are harvested and then placed in to storage areas with high C02 quantities to keep them from spoling and going rotten

Further to this is you grow your own or can buy at a local producer this is the best way to get fresh produce
