@wildmissusso hoping that your health improves and you feel better soon. It is awful when you feel so lethargic and yugh. Worse so, when this WOE has health benefits!

We all seem to be focusing on the weight decreasing (or not)
Have we hit fatigue because of the length of time? I'm well into 15 months. While I'm not fed up with it, or finding the fasts a bother (more just what I do) without any real results that I can see, I think I'm getting just finding it a wee bit tiresome.
That's one of the reasons I thought to do 16:8 while I have the lasses here. I am missing fasting though and finding it difficult to be flexible.
Maybe I need a complete break while they're here and come back to it 'refreshed' or maybe I need to 'just do 5:2'.
Really not sure and not really worried or fretting either. Just thinking out loud..
