I,m in today, looking forward to fasting again today.
Morning all (or evening - loving how international this forum has become!).

Last fast today before a weeks holiday in the sun!

Nothing but black coffee and water until dinner at 6 which will be some chicken and loads of veg.

Have a good day everyone and those of you in the UK enjoy the surprisingly sunny bank holiday!
:victory: Dinner time...it was more difficult today. But all done now!
And I managed an hour workout in the gym
Fasting today too - grey and misty morning here in my part of the world. Feel bloated and sluggish and not very inspired. Last week did my two fasts back to back and because there has been a longer gap than usual between my last fast and this one perhaps, am finding don't have too much enthusiasm today. Will do the best I can and I will not repeat the two consecutive days fasting this week. Feel down in the dumps today :frown: Good luck everyone.
Hello,

I'm fasting today too, after a weekend of a wedding followed by lunch with the inlaws and dinner on the road I feel like I could do with a break.
Until now I've always had lunch and dinner on a fast day, today I'm going to try to make it until dinner without eating and see how that works.

Good luck everyone!
I'm fasting today as well, usually do Mon/Fri but am thinking of upping it to 4:3 and doing Mon/Wed/Fri. I have a lot to lose and am on holiday in a couple of weeks so going for it
I´m in too! I had my breakfest and that´s all for today. :) Week 7 started and I moderately happy for the results. I think I continue this over summer. ;)
I'm fasting today too - I don't usually do Mondays but the Bank Holiday messes up the week! We live in a tourist area and never leave the house on holidays because of the crowds, so there will be no added temptations. Had grapefruit and Special K (no milk) for breakfast, 114 cals.
Made it through the day! Not al all bad today. Hunger less distracting than previously. Always good to know there is a meal coming in the evening. And tomorrow I can eat normally
Good Morning, this is my first fast of the week. Hope everyone has a good day.
I'm in! Although I'm practically finished now because it's 7pm in Sydney and I've already eaten my dinner! :D
This is fast #9. It's the first time I haven't reported into the forum in the morning, or at least in the afternoon. It's getting easier; I had hardly any ravenously hungry hours. Porrige for breakfast; worked in the garden; cup of tea; went to visit mother in the nursing home and then we got a flat battery outside the post office. Had to wait for the RACT in peak hour Devonport! Came home and made beautiful baked ricotta thing-os with a salad of rocket, pears and walnuts. Our own pears and walnuts too. I haven't lost any weight - beyond the 2 kgs I lost after the first week, but I have lost 8cm from my waist! I'm stoked.
Same here just had 2 slices of ham and a poached egg , lots of water and black coffee and a cup a soup if I need it later then cod and mounds of vegetables for tea x
I'm on a fast today too - I have a horrible cold so feeling pretty miserable even though it's a Bank Holiday and I'm off work.

I will probably be existing on Lemsips till tea time :frown: .
Onto 18&19 Fast this week and stillI have a favourite recipe of 196 cals and super chewy which seems to satisfy. It's Leek & Brown Lentil &sprinkle of goats cheese. This recipe really helped me out on the days where I had hardly any cals spare.
