Back on track this week so fasting today. Changed my routine last week and gained 1.2 kilos..... Fasted 2 days but switched Thursday for Friday and ate too much carbs I think.
To compensate I had a low calorie day ( around 1000) yesterday as well so hopefully the upcoming week will even things out.

Coffe, green tea and a cup of miso so far. Will make an omelette with coconut oil and lots of veggies later and divide it for late lunch and dinner.

I'm fasting today. Got a busy day ahead so it should be fairly easy - I enjoy my Monday fasts more than my Thursday ones. Happy fasting everyone :)
I'm in today, I have a quiet morning but then I have to cross Paris with my two children to take my son to his eye appointment, so that should take my mind off of food. My son has asked to eat in a fast food place at lunch, so I will be fasting until dinner as I hate eating in fast food places and there is nothing I could possibly eat there, so I will be waiting to have my dhal this evening that is already cooked for once!

After a lovely bbq last night (was seduced by an extra bit of chicken!)I definitley need to fast!! Haven't decided on what I'm eating, but hub is having shepherd's pie, made with half lean mince and half quorn mince, with a topping of mashed potato, carrot and swede.

Another fast day for me. Will try to save all my cals for tonight, did this for the first time last week and amazingly didn't feel any hungrier during the day.

I'm in too and I've been looking forward to it. More weight lost this week and loads off my waist. Thought my clothes felt better. Looking forward to a swim at lunchtime. Have a good day everyone x
Definitely joining you today after a weekend of overeating...I seem to have gained 1kg in two days...must be too much salty food (I hope).
It's my third fast day. Lucky you in the sunshine down under, it's grey here in Surrey UK!
I think that the sun helps when on a fast day. I also think that keeping busy is helpful, so dog walking and even ironing are useful too!
Laundry and housework feature for me today as well as grocery shopping (a nice reminder that food will be, as normal tomorrow!)

I'm in today! My goal for the day is to extend my fasting time and not eat so early as I always end up starving by 8pm. I might attempt a liquid fast if I get to meal time and I feel up to it!

Mind you, we have visitors again (joy of living near the sea...) so will prob have a 'normal' evening meal. If I cut the carbs it should be fine. I go to a writing class Monday mornings which helps avoid food, tho I have to keep away from the biscuits!
My hungry time is usually between 3 and 5 o'clock. Hopefully I'll be gardening then to avoid the rumbles!

Monday and Thursday for me this week. I will be having the usual....nuts, soup, and salad. The nuts will be 100 cal of cashews, the soup will be Taco Soup and the salad will be a small chef salad. Most likely large amounts of the mandarin orange green tea that has been my standby lately.

I'm ddefinitely in. Seem to have lost my motivation slightly over the last 2 or 3 weeks resulting in a slight gain (which I admit I am reluctant to post on my tracker! !) So back on it with renewed rigour. Im going to have just water all day and then a 500 cal dinner. Will check in again on my lunch break to see how you are all doing!
I'm in - it's only been 4 days since my last fast but feels so much longer. I have eaten lots of nice things over the weekend - don't think I pigged out too much but certainly haven't held back. Yesterday I was actually looking forward to giving my tummy a bit of a rest but I'm already rumbling away. I think my tummy's wondering where the food it usually gets by this time is! Drinking a bucket of coffee as breakfast - working from home today so got up later to make my fast day shorter! The usual berries & yogurt for lunch then tofu stir fry for dinner. Miso/marmite if needs be.

I am fasting today, just had a green tea and will drink plenty of water now until 12.30pm then I will have a salad with a sliced boiled egg and lemon juice dressing. At around 4pm my treat will be a diet coke and a Hartleys 10 calorie jelly pot.Still not sure about dinner, possibly wholegrain rice with broccoli and some prawns. Have a great fast day :smile:
