Me too! No breakfast, planning an egg salad (~150 cal) for a late lunch then I've got one of those new Weight Watchers Steam & Serve meals in the freezer for dinner, the Mango Chicken with rice one which is 284 cal. Hoping it's quite nice.

Lots of tea with a small dash of milk, Earl Grey I've found is good for this as I prefer it with less milk compared to normal tea.

Got thoroughly fed up with the scales a few weeks back after going up/down a bit (especially as this WOE is 1lb/week so difficult to see 'proper' losses week by week) so am just going to go by how my clothes feel...
This is sooo strange! I mean, most people have probably already discovered this, but I can't believe it how I'm not hungry at all even though I have not yet eaten anything today. I've only had herbal tea... and I feel fine. Normally I have breakfast around 9 and then a snack around 1 but I'm always very hungry in the afternoon. I know many people only have one meal on fast days, but I've always dismissed the approached and thought I wouldn't be able to do it. Looks like I've been wrong. :D
Anyway yes, feeling happy. :)
Just had some lunch of a pack of Graze popcorn and I've got my Miso noodle soup for my meal this evening, I'm looking forward to it!
I'm also fasting today.... but with a huge difference to the last 7 weeks fasts.

Today is my first day not smoking for 25 years. Smoking did seem to suppress the hunger pangs... or my body is just in complete panic mode craving food and Nicotine at the same time.
Hi all

I'm fasting today. The last 2 weeks I only managed 1 fast day each week :( luckily my weight stayed stable at 9stone8. Determined to get that down to 9'7 or evennnn 9'6 this week!
Will fast today and weds, and I have upped my exercise. Did a 20 minute workout this morning, then took the dog for a walk, and I am riding my horse later. Will see how I cope with that level of activity on a fast day. Anyone else do a lot even on fast days?
I've had lots of water, and a cup of black tea with half a sugar so far. I want to wait until supper time and have all my calories then but I am not sure if I can, support please!
The work biscuit tin lives next to my desk so when my colleagues have a biscuit the amazing smell drifts over to me :(

eek Slimmer, lots of luck!
And i'm as well today ;-) did a 4:3 last week and now a 5:2.
just a not so simmer well done and good luck I need to do it and have been cutting down I just can't seem to make that final step
Good luck Simmer, can't be easy doing both.
boo I had 60 calories at lunch. Oh well still leaves me 430 for supper

Normally I don't mind if I go 50odd over, but I was so rubbish last week I want to be spot on!

how is everyone else doing?
I have a 10 cal jelly pot that I will force myself to wait until at least 2pm for haha then hold off 'til dinner at 8...lots of water....

Brilliant, Simmer! I read that a good way of putting yourself off a fag is to get your ashtray (butts, ash, and all in it), put some water in and smush it around, then take a good long sniff!

ahhhh noctu the thought of that made me feel rather sick!!
Hello All,
American here, fasting today, Mon. 6/10. So far only tea and coffee. I try to go to close to lunchtime with nothing so I don't waste all my calories in the am. Did my long 2 mile walk (do one almost every day) and not very hungry, just a bit! I might have to eat an apple soon. Good Luck to everyone!
Attempting a fasting day here too. After a weekend of eating WAY too much sugar and all manner of junk, today could be a struggle. Went to boot camp this morning and then had a hard-boiled egg. Just black coffee since then. 100 calorie Greek yogurt planned for about 2PM.

Have a good day everyone!
my first day today
I am on low calories diet since october 2012 but weight is stop now so I decided to try something else too
Well I was away last week and then a heavy on the champagne weekend!! Forced to not have breakfast so went until 1.30 pm then had loads of leaves from the garden with a hard-boiled egg - engineers had wrecked my kitchen so couldn't cook anything until they'd gone, so now sailing along until tonight, possibly salad again as loads of salady stuff in garden, possibly a few prawns and lo cal hot choc for pud! I KNOW today wio be hard though!
