Great Wendy Darling you have given me idea for meal! Just realised I have mushrooms and a couple of those long thin sweet peppers in the fridge ... Will have these with an omelette later on ... :like: :victory:

In the meantime the slog is on :dazed:

Like you I have a teeny confession to make. Yesterday I had TWO chunky mint kitkats!!! :grin: :lol:
Morning fasters. I'm on earl grey until tonight then it's smoked haddock and veggies...mmmm yum.... However have just checked the bread bin and it's empty, which means I'm baking bread and biscuits today, may have to tape my mouth up later on......why do I do this to myself? :~
Yes, I'm in for another fast today. Feeling a bit discouraged as I have hit a plateau, but I KNOW I can handle a fast and I KNOW it's good for me in other ways so I'm sticking to it. Breakfast was strawberries, Greek yogurt and honey - only 67 calories! How good is that!

Second fast of the week for me. Keeping busy always helps and today it is manic at work! Looking forward to the weekend, as we are at a wedding so will be able to indulge.. a little :smile:
Hi all. My 2nd ever fast today. Felt like I really pigged out yesterday yet still had amount within my TDEE. going to stick to my 500 cals today.

I am in today. Shopping later- but I always do on a fast day, I find that it makes for healthier choices!
This is my 2nd fast day on this WOE. Im hungry and its only 10am arrgghhh!!!!

As I wasn't organised for doing this - only decided on Monday my cals today are 515 - this should be ok should it?

I will be more organised for next week.

I am in too. 4th fast day today - husband's birthday last weekend so feel like this week is pretty much making up for that!

Am supposed to be going out for a drink with two girlfriends tonight - on a fast day - dont want to cancel but a little concerned about what to choose for a drink.... any suggestions/advice?

You could try slimline tonic. It is what I drink if I am driving!
Good Morning, I'm doing my third fast of the week today. Good luck everyone. :clover:
I've been here all day but have been too busy to check in here until now. About to have favourite fast day dinner of small jacket potato with cottage cheese, 2 roast mushrooms and a salsa made from a big tomato, half a red onion and half a small avocado all topped off with a squeeze of balsamic glaze all for around 400 calories. Have had a really hungry afternoon so I can't wait!

Hello all,

My first fast today! Would appreciate your support and tips! Have had just tea and water so far, thinking miso soup for lunch and then a turkey and veggie stir fry for dinner.

Feeling very hungry so far though, bit worried miso soup will not be enough - any ideas for other low low cal lunch items?

Hi all. I'm in today too. I'm struggling as my 16 month old pointer is having his man-bits removed at the vets so I haven't had my normal dog walk and am out of routine. Usually he is a great distraction when I'm fasting but I am finding it difficult to settle to anything today. Will be glad when he's home. Hope you all have a good day x
