Ahh good spot there it was meant for Wendy darling. Sorrrry.

Beany......Yooooo...... Hooo........where are you

Ok I'm still not 100% inside! Prob TOTM.

Going to class again tonight as the footie is on and i am NOT watching any more of it. Plus I will have to collect Lauren and her friend from guides at 8.3o so it fits nicely.

I'm hoping to go to @madcatladys spa party tomorrow night all going well. So will miss my weds class.
We were chatting about doing a girlie spa weekend/day. Maybe some others would like to join us?
Having curry tonight.. With real rice. And I made a ginger loaf yesterday which we demolished at work at break time this morning. It felt unusual to eat before lunchtime.

you're quite a baker aren't you @Carieoates! ginger loaf sounds yummy!

Didn't realise footy was on tonight - with a bit of luck hubs will be out and I will have control of the remote....

I'm eating tonight - leftover roast beef I think. Have had a bowl of full-fat natural yoghurt with walnuts and honey this afternoon as I was peckish.

Hope you can make it tomorrow - would be good to see you

Oooh and I've had a delivery of new nail gel-varnishes this afternoon - blue, green, pink, coral and gold to take me colorfully through summer!

 :victory:

Seem to keep missing you Oatesy. Hope you're feeling better. Did the exercise help?

Had a great day today. Poppy's scan was clear which is miraculous. I'm so,happy!

Ate the rest of my flan today...rather yummy. Followed it with butterscotch angel delight...more yummy ness! Think I may have eaten too much today as I feel fat (ter) and can't blame TOTM

So, are you ready for your fast? What's on the menu tomorrow?

Not sure what Hairy recipe to make, was gonna make something for my mum in Mother's Day...but not sure what yet!

Have a good evening...what's left of it

Sorry, missed what's happened to your poppy? Do tell me more.
We have only year 9 and 10 out at our school today, so business nearly as usual.
Daughter is having a girlie day with a mate, so that's going to cost me more £. Haven't a clue what I'm having tonight. Prob chicken of some description and salad. Then off to MCL's for a spa party.
See you later alligator.

My darling Poppy was really poorly for some time. She went through a lot, the poor soul. Eventually, they discovered a large mass in her intestines and although they managed to remove it, her prognosis was not good and she was given only 2-3 months to live. That was, wow, nearly 3 years ago now. She has made a miraculous recovery and yesterday was another scan to make sure there were no signs of regrowth. I can't tell you how devastated I was when she was first diagnosed. I love her so much, she is a dear little person!

Poppy loves the vets. Yesterday, somebody brought their cat into the surgery. Well, Poppy went crazy! She was so desperate to get to the cat she started chewing at her lead. She's never done that before! She really is a new dog at the moment. Full of beans and has a new zest for life...at the ripe old age of 8. Poor Minnie wonders whats going on half the time! However, Minnie may be the smallest of the two, but she's in charge

Anyway, I'll come back on here later with details of my fasting meal this evening. I'm making my life easy today and just having an M&S meal.

Hope you have a great day!

Looks lovely bean. I think I may swap my salad for roasted veg tonight as it's soooooo bloooomin cold. Out. And thanks for the poppy update. Did I read somewhere that you've been out dress shopping?

Son had interview with 5 aptitude tests at Carl Zeiss, they re an engineering firm specialising in optical like microscopes, telescopes, lenses etc. today. Bless him, he's plugging away. And tonight he's possibly got some casual work at a bakers. Fingers crossed. On the first he's got an interview with a housing maintenance firm, who will train hiya as a plumber, electrician chippy etc. that's more down his street, he's been taking things apart since he was 10.

Poor hubs witnessed a head on collision yesterday morning. He was following a car who turned too sharply around a tight right hand bend and took out the car heading towards them. He sat watching the car in front spin around twice before stopping and the one he hit careered past him hit the curb and then mounted it. He was all shook up, several cups of sweet tea later he was ok. The fella who caused it had just dropped his child off at his mums. Doesn't bare thinking about. I shudder when I think of what could have happened. Hubs has a Mercedes so if he'd been in it he'd have prob been ok ish. Thats also as why I have German built tough cars.

So I'm waffling now soz.
Off to @madcatladys tonight. Looking forward to sampling all the lovely stuff at her spa party.

Yes @pennyforthem it does.

Have a good day Beany, my sons gone to do some casual work today, hubs on the train to london.
Talking about weight. I'm a bit bloats at the moment and my boobums are sore again. Hmmmmm so my weigh ion this Saturday will no doubt be a disappointing one, but expected. So my ovaries are still keeping me "in the zone" I now realise why I've been craving carbs the last few days. I gave in a few times, but hey ho I'm only Human.

Had a lovely eve with @madcatlady spent a few pennies. I wish I could come to your London meet up. I think she's after the "most meet ups" award! :victory:
Off to work, it's my Friday yipeeeee.
Just another week and I'm off for two for Easter.

I know I had a bit of a sleepless night, but when I did get to sleep, did I snooze through Thursday too? Is it really Friday today?
Re: Bean & Oates - Mad Eaters!

Aw thanks for noticing my ever decreasing weight @PennyForthem. Not sure I'm gonna make my Easter goal but it won't be through lack of trying!

Oatesy, when does your son have his aptitude tests? Sounds rather daunting. So sorry to hear about your poor hub's experience. It's almost just as bad being a witness isn't it. That sort of thing really does shake you up doesn't it xx

Glad you had a great time partying with @madcatlady. What exactly did you buy?

Ooh wow, you've reminded me that we're not too far away from Easter now are we. I'm so looking forward to chocolate now

Am a bit worried today because I'm off out for lunch. I've gone without breakfast this morning which, after a fast day, is pretty impressive I'd say! Anyway, I'll try not to go mad because I, like you, have a feeling that Saturday's weigh-in is going to be disappointing. Hey ho, there's always next week :frown:

Well, have a great "Friday" and catch you later.

Ha ha @pennyforthem sorry to confuse. I don't work Fridays so Thursday is my "Friday"
I bought a set of facial bits and pieces, so I can test the products out.
@nursebean.
Aptitude tests were yesterday. He finds out how he did next week. He's been out today working for a friend of a friend  came home with a crispy £50 note. And a big fat smile on his face,
Have a great lunch. My turn tomorrow. :starving:
