@spanner hope you managed to drift off
Last night i has best sleep ever, after a week of DD and SIL staying
Loved having them but it wiped me out
They went off housesitting for friends last night, for 2 weeks, and it felt very empty afterwards, but it was soooooo good to have a good sleep..only downside is i woke very stiff this morning x

Buddy @spanner - yeh, I found you  interesting comment that you can't eat what you once did. Same for me ........ if I did I would also end up in this tent - or a spike or digestive tent of some sort. Hope you get a good nap today. @CandiceMarie why are you stiff today?

Ok, I'm at the front of the queue at the vets, see ya!

I'm so bad now if I don't take a 10mg Phenergan at night, I wake after an hour or 2 and then I'm awake for hours. Funny I have fasting friends who eat breakfast then nothing for 24 hours and they say they have never slept so well. He reckons the body has nothing to process after so many hours, so it calms down. They say that is the thing they like most about fasting. The thought of not eating after breakfast is too frightening for me, but maybe I should try it one day, if I fail I could turn it into a feed day or a 1000 cal day.
