Yawn! Awake but very tired..mind won't switch off so just lying by the dying embers of the camp fire, whistling a little tune to myself! x

Ps Christopher Columbus @lizbean..is there anything more torturous than listening to someone snore!

@candicemarie. Sorry you can't sleep. Are you prowling around the house or still in bed?

Hiya. Saturday 13th December. So only two weeks to go and then back for a month. Just watching I'm a Celebrity and catching up with the trash. Liking Edwina Currie!

Only 15 sleeps!
Does Archie look surprised when you land back home?!
I' m not an Edwina fan,but she went to a school just along the road from where i live..
Its now a college doing full/ part time courses for women..lovely building and loads of good courses on offer ..also a great cafe in the basement :like: x

No I'm not an Edwina fan normally, but she is surprisingly quite funny in this.
No Archie does not bother when I come in - I think he just pretends he has not missed me. I have no idea if he remembers me or not every time I pop home. It's been sunny and warm today so have been getting the most of it before heading back to the dark, although we have four days of raining coming up.
Hungry tonight. Bit of a half fast and trying to stay full with rooibos chai.

Well done DD! 4lb's is a fantastic result!. I last ate at lunchtime which is why I'm hungry. Trying to eat within a 5 hour window again and prefer to eat at lunchtime and go to bed early! I have been taking an adrenal support formula and still the pink salt in the morning and it seems to help.

I hope you get sorted soon.   It's been quite a time for you. I downloaded a virtual gastric band app the other day. It has had good reviews. Religiously listening to it every night before I go to bed.

Not sure yet. I seem to have plenty of salad here to use up. Alot of avocado's and some salmon. Sounds like the makings of something! Well I guess you only have something to lose if you listen to PMcK! I'm afraid I am going to end the year heavier than I started, but I think I have limited the damage that could have been caused by living in the land of big plates. So overall I think I have coped quite well.

That sounds nice n healthy! All good stuff
Yes i think youve done very well..all the stress and upheaval of this year, and the big US helpings, could have easily ended up much heavier,so well done x
Gonna lie down now, close eyes, see what happens..
Hope you don't get that predicted 4 days of rain X
