Morning all, anyone else around at this ungodly hour? Have been tossing and turning all night and have finally left hubs to it and got up to faff around here.
Too much to think about to sleep unfortunately, houses, blocks of land, being offered the Environmental Mine Manager job yesterday!! Doesn't aid a restful night!

Had a busy day so not been on the forum much today and didn't have a chance to say welcome back @rawkaren!

Had some friends round to dinner tonight and so ate more carbs than usual, drank more wine, plus OH toddles off to make coffee..."did you use the decaf coffee dear?" says I..."er, no!" says he, so all in all I may be in this tent for a while tonight!

Whispers, in case you are all asleep.... I'm here!! My brain is active, but my bod wishes it were sleep.
I've had a low carb midnight snack of smoked ham and one sesame flat bread; total carbs for the day 62.
Luckily, the fridge is empty, for the shopping will be delivered tomorrow.

Right, I'm Billy no-mates as you're all sound asleep. I'd better be off too.
