Tell me about it, a good fix would have been found before now!!
I like Snow Patrol too, I don't have any problems getting to sleep, I just wake up at 3am and toss and turn. I go to bed at 8.30 as I get up at stupid o'clock, but I need my 8 hours!!

Yep me too, candicemarie, did my drunken all night stints at uni!!!
I don't know what is going on in tassie as I haven't been there since february unfortunately  . It is too hard to commute back there at the moment, which is a shame as I really miss being there. We are looking at temporarily relocating to Perth so I don't have to do so much flying.

Night night ballerina

:sleepy: :sleepy: :sleepy: :sleepy: :sleepy: :sleepy: :sleepy: :sleepy: HI all. Only just discovered the Insomnia tent, can I come in please. I was awake until around two this morning and got up at 6 for work. Now I can barely keep my eyes open. I have sleep apnea and had a new machine and mask yesterday. Not sure if it was that keeping me awake or not. I felt wide awake so maybe not. Now I just want to pig out on sweet things for some energy but resisting at the mo. Just OD'ing on fresh coffee instead. Ill be bouncing off the walls soon with all the caffeine. (I hope)

Yikes! I am here because the hives are keeping me awake with all the itching and scratching!!

I had a bath in pinetarsol last night, and I have just taken another antihistamine and am now having a coffee, but I would really like to sleep as all these lumps and bumps kept me away the night before as well.

I wish I knew what has caused these to come out, I don't think it's anything I have eaten.

cheers
Maggie zzzzzzzzzz
