No good, Phil-not-a-girl. Hope you can get in to see a dentist today. Do not cut off your head.

Thanks Deb..but never did sleep in the end so early night for me. My insomnia is not fasting related I just have problems falling asleep from time to time. Recently have been taking Manuka Honey just before bed it is supposed to switch on melatonin in the dark.

But I am, good morning ladies, a beautiful morning here, been awake since about 3.30. Sitting in the kitchen on the sofa with the heated throw on, bliss, watching the sun come up, more bliss. I don't mind being awake when it's lovely like this but it is miserable if it's raining. Off to a friends BBQ later today so we are hoping the weather holds.

She certainly is Milly, but lovely, what breed is she and is she as BIG as she looks or is it an optical illusion?

She's a German Shorthaired Pointer and not big for breed at 22 inches. They're great dogs and a great size, not as heavy and chunky as labradors.

Just seen your other post Ballerina! Isn't it a beautiful morning?! I'm afraid even on the weeks I don't sleep I love being up early whatever the weather. It's that fresh new day feeling! lol
