Can I return to this tent? After a naughty time on holiday complete with a 4kg gain
( prob more 2days earlier on return)
4:3 worked really well for me last year and I've been messing around for far to long so I'm back on to it 4:3 deffo.
Fasted today and will do tomorrow back2back no problem for me in fact could do all 3 but prob not allowed that one
Strange how doing fast 5 is completely acceptable maybe I've got things wrong as usual, but like to enjoy my weekend and then getting my fastdays over with just in case I get an invite for Thurs or Fri. Lol
Moving in I'm sure you'll all have me back

Glad to have you back in here @Sue.Q . Hope you don't mind me saying but why not just do m/w/f? , to get yourself back in to the swing of things. If you get an invite somewhere on Friday you will still have had a good fast. I know what you're saying about getting them out of the way but it might be harder for you next week with so many non-fastdays in between. I can't say I agree with anything more than a back to back, I think we need to get our bodies and minds into a nice rhythm. Listen to me haha, I don't know who I think I'm talking too, you taught me everything I know. Good luck hun
Dee you are so right about far to many days in between that why I struggled when I tried just 5:2 but I'm doing tomorrow this week because Wed may be doubtful so just to be sure I'll back2back this week thanks for reminding me @justdee
Just returning the favour hun
Had a good day today..gym and tai chi nothing to eat all day until supper at 6pm of omelette and salad followed by choir to distract me all evening
My wobble happened when I over did it. 4:3 is enough and it is good to have a feed day in between. I also like to have the weekends. If I get an invite on a Friday I still fast all day then try to be careful with dinner. I do not think it will cause a problem to occasionally have more than 500 cals
I shall be doing back to back today and tomorrow. I don't often do this but it's hubby's birthday on Thursday so we'll just have to! At least this way of eating is flexible.
That is scary! Not sure I could do back to back!
Okay so i had such a successful fast yesterday i am going to try 4:3. I have such a lot to lose (over 100lb)and i am hoping this will give me a good kick start. Wish me luck!

Perseverance and optimism helps @croftmaclean! Good luck and I hope those pounds will melt off soon.
Welcome @croftmaclean Good luck I know you'll be OK as I've said before you are mirroring my starting week
Hope it works as well for you.

Hi all.
I'd like to join the 4:3 tent if I may.
After a long break away', I'm back to finish the job.
On 5;:2 it seemed like any progress I achieved was undone come Fri/sat/sun
Hoping that by adding Friday as a fast day I'll reduce weekend damage and kick start fat loss again.
