So after my little gain on my weigh in day, I had another cheeky weigh in yesterday morning after my Friday fast (which I got through, huzzah!) and had lost 1.25lb since Thursday morning. Yay!

Went out last night and drank a LOT, so today has involved KFC and Haribo. Only doing 5:2 next week as it's my birthday on Friday and no way am I fasting on my birthday! Might cut down the fast day cals a little bit to try and account for 5:2/today's KFC.

Feeling good despite the hangover!!

Done my first week of 4:3 and sticking with it - really good results. Find it easier not to eat until my evening meal. Looking forward to starting another fast day tomorrow.
i have enjoyed reading about everyones achievements - really spurs me on

Good luck with 4:3 Flo.
Quite a few people who are trying again are opting for 4:3 this time.
There's also a starting again tent where we all share the trials and tribulations of 2nd time round.
Pop in any time for a chat.
Hope 4:3 does the biz for you this time :clover:

Yesterday's fast went well, 800g lost so eating healthily today and fast again from 7pm tonight to 7pm Tuesday night when I'll have soup again.
So far so good.
"May the Fast be with you."
Yes, thank you Darth.

Broke my fast yesterday at about 3pm by having some cheese and then 'accidentally' cooking a roast dinner and apple crumble. It was a bank holiday after all!

Was already doing 5:2 this week instead of 4:3, so going to have to do back to back fasts today and tomorrow before birthday celebrations begin on Thursday.

Dreading it to be honest! May be here moaning a fair bit.

Good luck to all of the returners!

Morning fellow 4:3 ers! Stick with it, we can do this. The more you fast the easier it seems, although I admire the back to backers, don't think I could do that!
Have a good day all

I'm astonished how well this has gone from Sunday's 73.1 kgs to today's 71.7 kgs and so far no terrible cravings nor the dreaded constipation. Hurrah hurrah hurrah!
Eating today then third fast tomorrow and proper weigh-in on Friday morning. I plan to eat through Friday and Saturday then start the fast again Saturday 7pm. We'll see, mustn't get ahead of myself with over-excitement at such positive results after months in the Slough of Despond.
Woohoo :0)

Well 4lbs gone but now bunged up so woopydoo but I think I will eat today and tomorrow as per the plan, though I had considered ADF. I haven't eaten enough fibrous veg somehow, probably because OH has gone right off any form of green stuff, but I must make the effort to make some for me to improve um, transit.
Each day has been less weight loss from the previous, so I don't know if I will continue with this more than another week. We'll see, go with the flow and Be Here Now :0)

I too am bunged up for almost the first time ever! I am not fasting today but will eat lightly. The waist band of my jeans is a little tight but should be sorted once my insides are. I have done two fasts this week.

Today is my third fast of my first 4:3, it feels really good to be on the final straight. I'm resisting the urge to weigh myself until tomorrow, but I feel so much better. I feel in control for the first time in a very long time.
