I am always here!!!! I do Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday most of the time and 16:8 unless I go out for lunch! I was looking at my tracker and I got to 56k after six months from 67k and have been in that zone now ever since. I don't know if that helps, but I like this WOE and intend to stay in this tent for ever probably. I am beginning to feel like a mother chicken looking after her chicks, so feel free to post me, I am on most days.
And 'yes!' no dropping out. It works, it really does!!! :victory:

I'm normally fine until evening meal with just coffee and water. Today it's just so cold I'm now making soup. I found an old packet 64cals in the pantry (a little out of date but hay ho). I'll have to have that or I'm going to just eat everything I see. Why are some days so much harder than others?????? Hope everyone else is finding it easier than I am.

Feeling cold too so have lit wood burner. Would happily have cake with my coffee but not going to! Will have what I want tomorrow, within 8 hours of course!

I've only had half the soup so 32 cals not that bad. I feel so much better now. I'm going to be busy from 3:30 onwards so should get through the rest of the day ok.

Back to 4:3ing this week.

Got great results on it a while back....then life got in the way for a bit & I dropped back to 5:2 for around 3 weeks.....until last week.....when I took a week off fasting due to holibobs.

As you can see below......this was disasterous!!!!!

After a week away, it would be so easy to tell myself to extend the break a bit longer. Am fighting the feeling right now If I'm honest....sitting here feeling ravenous & wondering if I really need to put myself through this today...or tomorrow...or the next day?

Normally (as in, in other years)...this is where I fall off the wagon.

I really don't want to do that though - as I still have shed loads I need to lose. It's scary how quickly the doubts can set in, however. As I have written in another thread, I am feeling sluggish and flat today - not at all high, as I have come to feel most days whilst 5:2ing. No doubt this is due to the combination of not exercising, eating too much of the wrong things and a fair bit of boozing to boot.

Not liking this feeling at all........

Just off to heat up some soup.....& give myself a good talking to.......

Yes I'm in all week @candicemarie I'm going nowhere, this is really working for me. Got a little holiday (well to UK) in 2 weeks so need to get rid of a few more lbs.

I am doing a trip to the UK next week. Am planning to keep up with fasting whilst there. Will need lots of water and sugar free gum for the drive up to Calais!

I'm not going to even try to fast because I know from the past I'd cave then just go crazy. This time I'm doing 16:8 everyday, trying not to eat until after 2pm. That sound more realistic and doable for me.
