I'm still 4:3ing - feels as though I've been doing it forever. Actually, it must be about a year now, becasue I started to try and boost the weight loss for my holidays last year where does the time go?
Admittedly, I have been a bit lax; Sundays are fine, Tuesdays are ok and sometimes Thursdays go a bit 16:8 ish. It's the weekend here so can be a bit tempting!
Anyhow, despite having toyed with 5:2 plus 16:8 I'm still here. It's habit now!
Been a bit harder this week- I am so hungry and have had a couple of nasty 'dips' one day. Seems to have sorted itself out although I've not fasted since that happened. Wakened in the wee hours this morning ravenous! So I'll fast tomorrow.
Body is being very rebellious just now. It's a case of mind over matter- I do mind and it does matter!
