Awe, thank you all! Sorry to hear you are struggling too Winsome, big hugs.
Feeling better today after a 10 hour sleep, but have that hung over feeling that I always get after a big headache, slightly wonky. Trying for 16:8 today as the scales weren't kind this morning.
Lovely piccies, thank you Candicemarie!
I need some of Auriga's stubborn magic that's for sure!

Hey guys.. Sorry to hear about you guys feeling a bit worst for wear.. But your all definetly doing a lot better than me, so keep up the good work lovelies!
Really struggling with overeating on feed days. Part of me panics because I think I need to fill up before a fast day, part of me just eats because I am allowed. But eats a lot. Today for instance, I went over my tdee by about 1200 calories! Just can't seem to stop myself at the minute, binging has been a long standing issue for me. Any advice?
Well done for everyone fasting today, looking forward to mine tomorrow!

I can understand that, I do it some days. I guess the beauty of ADF though is being able eat slightly more (slightly!!!) knowing that you are fasting tomorrow, and alternatively, you can have it again tomorrow!

Just think of the hunger monster everyone...don't let him win!!

WELL DONE CANDY!! Very impressed. You know what? Give it a week and you won't want to fast any other way. Trust me...I'm a nurse!! :wink:

And @Carieoates old buddy? Has it REALLY bean 3 weeks of 4:3 for you?! Blimey, that's gone quick hasn't it! I feel a bit guilty when you praise me for doing ADF because I really don't find it an effort AT ALL! It's easy, peasy...no I mustn't mention the c word (shhhhh!)

Don't forget peeps...the Hunger Monster...

@carieoates well done :like:
@Candicemarie you need some of this: http://spoonful.com/crafts/no-more-mons ... ster-spray
@britney hang in there. Those feelings DO pass. The more you fast, the better you get at it.
Love the monsters @nursebean

My washed out feeling has given way to a stinky virus - cough, swollen glands, headache, shivers, sweats, the lot. Add in TOTM and you've got a woeful, whining Winsome on your hands :bugeyes: On the bright side, at 1:27 this morning when I woke with intense shivers, I was able to wrap myself in the entirety of a super-king sized duvet, as hubby is away.

Dentist in a little while; just sipping a ginger tea while I wait, then it will be back to bed. I'm supposed to be enjoying a day of cake decorating demonstrations tomorrow, but it seems highly unlikely I'll feel up to a 2.5 hour drive and 6 hours spent sat in a crowded room :frown:

@Debs I think your problem is that while you are at camp, even on non-fasting days the food is rubbish and so you don't get that 'satisfied' feeling even if you are full.

I've often in the past deprived myself of something I 'shouldn't have' and ended up eating tons of other stuff instead, when it would have been better to just have what I wanted in the first place. When you don't have that option, I guess your 'seek something nice' switch is permanently on.

Is moving to the camp where the food was better an option?
