Think I replied to this in the wrong place but I don't think it CAN be chocolate. Only time will tell I guess! Just don't ask me to give up cheese. That's a step too far!

Bean

Oh Bean - that is FANTASTIC!! I'm so, SO, happy for you. I know how hard you've been working for this :like: :like:

I'm with you on the cheese thing. I COULD live without chocolate, but cheese... Oh my word I wouldn't want to live with me if I couldn't eat cheese

Slightly over my calories today (540) as I was sooo hungry mid-afternoon and succumbed to a cream cracker. Oh well, can't imagine it will break the bank

Hope it's been a good one folks!

Cheese tomorrow - yay! I might make another batch of the delicious cheese scones I made at the weekend and have them with bacon. Actually, I'm not sure which I would miss most: cheese or bacon. Or bread.

I ought to just face it, I'm addicted to food!

Yesterday was for some reason one of my hardest days - I felt so so hungry all day and dinner just didn't do it. No idea what was up but I also got really really sleepy as the day went on it wasn't very cool.

That was my last fast day until Wednesday next week as tomorrow I leave on our company conference in the Gold Coast Aussie - Theres no way im fasting during that haha

Glad to hear you got a decent meal at last Debs :like:

Tim, I guess it's bound to happen at some point. Could be a sign that you need those few days off - sounds like you will enjoy them

I tried out a new soda bread recipe this morning and thoroughly enjoyed testing it  Soda bread is something I do well but this was exceptional.

I the spent the afternoon doing cocoa butter painting and chocolate slabs with my school club. Glad it wasn't a fast day!

Love soda bread winsome, I remember seeing some in Ireland that had a green tinge  . Very tasty though! Would appreciate your recipe!
Supposed to be fasting today, but after so much driving, bad night and having to wash my hair with cheap soap, I don't feel up to it! I will see how I go, but I have turkey breast and frozen berries and yoghurt on standby - must NOT eat nuts!!

Seriously struggling and can't stay awake! I had some roast chicken and a spoonful of cacao/peanut butter but sooooo tired!

@Debs give yourself a break. Missing one fast won't make any difference in the long run. Look at how many I've missed recently.

Will sort recipes out soon.
