Yes @Carieoates has put me right off my bean avatar so I may have to change it again

Hope you'll feel much better tomorrow @Winsome and hope you DID get someone to do the school run. Every little helps doesn't it. Hope you'll be better for feast day xx

It's me doing my morning 'salute to the sun'. You should all try it, it's supposed to bring you energy and gives you a boost for the day!

Didn't manage to get anyone to do the school run, but at least I found a sunny bench to sit on when I got there. Thankfully, my girls are big and capable enough that they can look after themselves now we are home. I'm sat on the sofa now, with a cup of tea and a teddy bear - as prescribed by DD2  I've raised a couple of little nurses that you would be proud of, Bean  They are always really great when anyone is poorly.

Love the yoga-bean. Can we keep him for a while? I do think Debs needs to send some Tasmanian sunshine to improve his complexion though

Bean does look a little grey from lack of sunlight, but cute nontheless! He can have some Pilbara sunshine, I'm over it! That's why we booked an Alaskan cruise, for some cold weather!!
Hope you are feeling a little better Winsome, so lucky you have some helpers around you!
I feel a bit of a fraud for starting this tent and not getting anywhere with it, I must be in that 10% for whom it doesn't work  .
Already planning next swing though, less choccy (yes bean!), and only 85%, I am going to treat myself to some Michel Cluzel 90% which hopefully should satify a few cravings and defnitely no trips to the dessert bar. Definitely more exercise. I am also going to pin up a picture of New Caledonia where we are going, to try and keep msyelf motivated too.

To a sun-dried navy bean doing Yoga while stuck on green fly paper??

Gotta admire the creativity.

Hubby groaned today when he realised we're doing ADF and it's fast day today!!! Dear oh dear.... so I promised him a roast potato tomorrow if he's good! That's the first time he's not really felt like it. I showed him photos of himself when he was BIG and that did the trick.

Aw my poor yoga bean! No privacy for his morning salutations! Fly paper?! Now that IS imaginative!!

Oh no @Debs you sound so fed up about it. Has it really gone that badly for you! I thought you were doing really well on it. What d'you think is going/went wrong?

Am fasting today, so I'm with you @Auriga! Well done indeed for keeping hubby's spirits up!

Well, I'm off to attempt the first stage of my bean transformation. Wish me luck everyone

Bean :starving:

Oh I don't know bean, I wish I did. Just have to keep being stubborn like Auriga. You would think that cutting calories every other day would achieve something  :curse:
