So that's why your avatar is missing @Debs it's a work in progress! Am looking forward to the big reveal!

Well, I had my weekly weigh-in today and I've lost 3 pounds this week!! Very pleased with that. I guess next week's weigh-in will tell a different story because of my blasted TOTM. Doesn't that just get in the way!! :curse:

Anyway, whatever you're doing today my little ADFers, whether it's fasting or feasting...enjoy!

Morning beanster!
It should be up now, I spent a bit of time trying to remember how to shrink it, but got there eventually.
Another three pounds! As the Aussies would say, that's awesome!!! Anything planned for Sunday or just taking it as it comes?

I am having a light eating day today to try and make up for my previous disasters!

@nursebean THREE POUNDS OFF??? Wowser!! :like:

That's blooming amazing, you clever little bean, you :like: Just goes to prove that persistence pays off in the end.

I'm down to 11st 11 this morning, but that's not surprising considering I've hardly eaten anything for days. I did send hubby out for the one thing I fancied last night, namely peach yoghurt, but he came home with fat free Activia  All I could taste was the artificial sweeteners, and the texture wasn't great. Will send him out again this morning before he takes the girls out for the day I think.

@Debs looking forward to seeing the new you

Thanks @Winsome and how you doing now? This should do the trick for you. @Debs? I hate to sound impatient but I still don't see no avatar (as they say in the south!)

I'm celebrating this morning! Pancakes for breakfast and Peanut and I (that's my dad. He's bean known as peanut for years, ever since he nearly choked on one!!) are going to settle down and watch Match of the Day! We are, dare I say it, avid Arsenal fans and they've bean doing pre-try well lately, but it looks as though our hopes of winning the league are about to be dashed :( mind you, we're still in the FA cup!

Mmm can't wait for pancakes...in my new pancake pan! It's gotta be better than last night's dinner catastrophe :(

I'm afraid it isn't very exciting I shall ahve to work on it. Maybe I have to log in and log out again I don't know.
An Arsenal fan eh? I would have thought West Beanich Albion maybe, or Torbean  . I am Southampton myself and am pleased how well they are doing this season.
Bean, Peanut and..... what is your mum then?!

Winsome take it easy today!

He he! We don't sound at all crazy @Debs do we?!! My mum's name is Rose (it's really Anita and we often see her play for Newcastle!) Southampton are doing very well aren't they...and they seem to produce a lot of great young players too don't they.

Sorry @Winsome but I forgot to send you this...hope you're feeling better soon xx

Aww, that's sweet of you Bean  Just what I need.

The family are off here http://www.diggerland.com/kent/. today, and the weather looks perfect for them  Much needed quality Daddy and girls time. Poor hubby has had one hell of a week at work and his work is never lacking in stress and long hours at the best of times. Oh the joys of a family business.

@Debs hope the black coffee works

Thanks Bean, I was quite impressed with myself for uploading her. Knew you would approve of the pastel hair  BTW, she's actually a chocolate cake I made a few years ago - one of my favourite designs. Couldn't get her to resize properly (should be wider) but near enough.

Not sure what I'm doing tomorrow but think I will treat it as a feed day or I will throw out my whole schedule. I've had a bowl of soup, some yoghurt and three crumpets today but had hardly anything the previous two days.
