Oh dear! It's really gone ginger now! Hopefully, after a night with Virgin Snow on it, it should be white tomorrow!

I rather like that red!

Are you seriously leaving bleach on your hair overnight? Won't that cause damage?

Thank you for the good wishes folks.

Oh wow! We've bean a WHOLE day without any entries. Is everyone concentrating on their fasting is that what it is?!

@Winsome just noticed your comment. No, I definitely didn't leave bleach in my hair overnight  it was a gentle, chemical free toner which was supposed to turn my ginger hair white. Well, I woke up yesterday with...yep, ginger hair   I frantically ordered some more bleach yesterday and hope it arrives today...fingers crossed!!

Anyway, how are you today @Winsome? Hope you're feeling better xx

As for me, I'm fasting again. Anyone else from this tent? Blimey, is it me or do these fasts come around quickly? Like, every other day...doh!

Hello Beanie!!!!! Nice to see you, you look happy!!!!
I am not. I put on 400g doing ADF and wonder what the heck is going on????
I am out of this tent and back into the 4:3 tent next week. I am in a bit of a rush right now...back later.

Oh @Auriga sorry to hear that. How long did you do ADF for? There is often a gain but it soon comes off again. For example, if my weekly weigh-in is a Saturday, then I expect to gain maybe 3 lbs (particularly when it's my TOTM) but a Sunday weigh-in can see a significant loss. The point is, it goes up and down but it's ultimately heading downwards. Why, I've lost 9lbs in 7 weeks! But the things that's important to bear in mind is it doesn't feel like a diet. It's easy and something I know I can stick with.

Don't give up yet Auriga!!

Hello Beanie.....I feel more comfortable with 4:3 Beanie, it has served me well so far and also I can't diet for five days because I have guests and can't make them just eat 500 calories every other day.....that would be a bit mean now wouldn't it!
How's the hair coming on?????

Yes I guess that's the only good thing about being single...I don't have to worry about my fasting interfering with anyone else. I've got it easy really I guess.

I noticed today a pattern emerging. If my weekly weigh in is in a Saturday I tend to stay the same weight I was the week before. If it's a Sunday weigh-in, however, it's a 3 pound loss! At the rate I'm going I think it highly likely I'll meet my Easter goal. The first goal I will actually have reached...hoorah!

It's very quiet in this tent, hope everyone's ok xx

Hello there,
Back to it tomorrow when I head back to work and a new job. I haven't gone as mad as last break but I noticed that when I had bread and butter I had terrible heartburn. I shall be lurking in the low carb tent for the next three weeks and hope that the food is better at the new camp!

Hope all you lovely people in here are doing well,

Debs

Wow @Debs, straight into the new job! I thought there might have been more of a gap between accepting the job and actually starting. Fingers crossed that the new camp canteen is better quality, or perhaps with your new status you can demand they ship in your favourite foods??? Good luck with the new job.

I was super pleased with my weigh-in this morning...11:4. It's all moving in the right direction...ever downwards! I do love ADF, never thought I would...but here I am!
