Thank you girls for all the hugs. I really needed them. Just sat here in the last UN-sprayed room (the lounge) in the house eating a late lunch and trying not to feel so glum.

It's ironic that I've spent ten years trying to avoid pesticides by buying organic fruit and veg (for the most part, I'm not militant about it) and so forth. Now I'm nuking my house :dazed:

On the plus side, the girls' bedroom has never looked so tidy  I'm still in shock as to how much rubbish and clutter was under their beds. They must have biceps like Tyson to have rammed it all under there!

Sorry@winsome that youve been low x hope you pick up soon..life gets a little overwhelming at times doesnt it x big hugs and hopes for better days to come x

@Debs i commiserate with yr bad dreams..i am on medication to stop me having nightmares..i still have them but not as lurid
My DD regularly wakes screaming from nightmares..goodness knows what her neighbours must think as they are earsplitting
One time, with me,she woke shouting Bad vibes! Bad vibes! Then went back to sleep. I was furious as she had woken me from a rare good deep sleep and i cdnt get back off.
I have to laugh now when i think about it tho..i can always imagine hippie Neil out of the Young Ones shouting bad vibes! Bad vibes!

That is a bit more drastic than mine @Candicemarie! I remember when I was young, I would have ones that were so terrifying that I would wake up frozen in fright and it took quite while for me to realise where I was and calm down. Normally being chased!
I scared the beejezus out of my husband once when we were in our campervan here when I 'woke up' said there is a snake in the van and promptly went back to sleepm, leaving him in a panic hunting round the van for a snake I'd dreamt up!

Evening all. Completed my fast day today and third day of low/carb, ADF. If all goes to plan, I should get some impressive sugar cravings tomorrow!

At least I will know if my glycogen stores have been depleted.

Had some fun today, the head manager brought in a gigantic cake to say thank you for everyone's hard work. Well didn't I get some flack for not having any?!! One girl in particular who went on and on and on because we had agreed to avoid sugar for a few days and she capitulated immediately and thought I should too! Not only that but I was having a swearing session later on (yes, I know, but I WAS angry!!) and she wandered by with her big box of cadbury's favourites and almost shoved it in my face!! Anyway, didn't succumb, hopefully she doesn't see me as a nut to be cracked now, she is quite big!
I will decide when i want cake ('which let's face it, is most of the time!!)

Beware the saboteurs @Debs! They want you to join in so they' ll feel less guilty themselves! X well done resisting..tell her your fasting gang will come round and sort her out if she doesnt leave off!

Well done Debs, I totally agree with CandiceMarie!

Yep, the sugar cravings have kicked in as predicted. I avoided the crackers today and just had the cheese, but it is the evil white stuff that lures me every time. I have a low carb protein bar that I may resort to if desperate later but I shall avoid the mess with its mass of cakes and desserts.
And yes, I was offered chocolate again today!

Well done @Debs. You held fast...good for you. As Candy says, she just felt guilty and wanted you to make her feel better.

Well I have to pop in here shamefaced because I failed my fast today. Felt fed up because my heavy coat returned and so I turned to food for comfort. Never mind, I'll get back on the horse on Sunday. Just thought I ought to enter the confessional

Bean

My weight has gone up today, and no ketosis in evidence  . Ravenously hungry this morning and had a handful of nuts, but feeling really cheesed off. I have been here several times previously with the few good days, no movement with weight, measurements etc. I am not dehydrated, etc., etc. not sure where I am going. Onto Plan X............
