I know how you feel@Julieathome,it can get overwhelming on this journey when we have a lot still to lose.
Thats why i wanted to start this thread,so we could keep each other motivated on our long journey
You have to hold on to the positives..the main one being, you lost enough to get the surgery you need and 40 lb is a massive amount to have lost ..but i totally get the " pain and frustration" angle as i too experience this on an everyday basis..we're only human and it WILL get us down sometimes. Try to put those pressures on hold for today tho and just enjoy your birthday celebrations! X you can eat and drink whatever you want today..birthday goodies contain no calories! X
