This one snagged an entire filet of pork when we had guests, luckily I had prepared one more and had a lot of side dishes...

This is the best pic I have ever been able to take of Arwen. Fiona can on occasions pose and little Diego - well he's cute most of the times. But Arwen - she only look goofy one way or the other. Until yesterday

Oh Bean - I don't smile if I can remember not to since the right side of the face don't want to play along nicely ;)

I sincerely hope I'm not alone in this; non of my furry girls are neutered and do not blame me
Fiona may have been semi ok over the years when it comes to "false pregnancy" periods but Arwen?? She's in heat every 7th month or so and 8 weeks after she get worse and worse...well maybe not as bad as when she tore up half a couch, oh, I thought I was gonna die when I came home and found the MESS!!!

But every time it's something. So we close doors, put "fences" around beds, only to come home and find that she have had a go at the small carpet in the upstairs WC. Just a little while ago I went downstairs to fold the laundry and in only a couple of minutes she had managed to dig under the covers on the couch, trying to get under the seat... Gahhh, John took her upstairs and have her in his room, that way she can't do anything that he doesn't see.
Luckily I do have a bit of Galastop that I can start her on tonight and the vets promised that I could pick up more at the pharmacy tomorrow. So far we haven't understood if she is trying to find her pups or hiding them  . You know - them invisible ones that we humans don't see. And why Diego doesn't fit the role as RR puppy...why, when he's so darned cute?

Ack ack, there is always something...

That's a beautiful photo @Wolfie!

I've had both of my girls neutered in vet advice. I think Poppy would have made a wonderful mum, not sure about Min because she's still my baby (at 6!). I'm too much of a big soppy softie to have let the girls have babies because I would have worried sick about what home they went to. It must be so hard when all the puppies leave the "roost"

Pops was sick this morning but has bean eating her food ok. She hasn't bean able to walk down the stairs, either, although she can walk up them. I don't know what's wrong with her.

Bean

Bean, Pops hips might cause her discomfort/pain? Think jumping/going up is worse on the hips than going down.....

And I can say this - had it been up to me, even the girls would have been nurtured in early ages. Silly man...he thought it was going to make something to their feminine side or something...But Diego lost his jewels when he was 6 months, poor boy suffered like hl when Arwen was in high heat..I never forget when he sat behind the grill, giving me the evil eye and hissed like a cat  :curse: I knew I had a pic somewhere - poor little pouch.

Oh look at that little cutie!

Oh dear, it's now 03:15 and I've bean up with a poorly Pops again since 02:30. Once I'm awake I find it so difficult to sleep again

Am definitely going to take Pops to the vets today. Her poor tummy is rumbling so loudly. I've given her a Tramadoll and Antepsin. I hate it when I don't really know what to do. D'you know, she's bean so well lately. I then take her to the specialists for her scan...and she's bean I'll ever since...coincidence? Hmm I think she's picked up a bug.

Bean :sleepy:

My cat Mimei-chan thinks that if she lies on top of me, I won't leave on a trip again. I'm having trouble unpacking because every time I get near my suitcase, she freaks out. It's nice to be loved, until this little attention seeking missile decides she wants some loving at 3am. Her sister Sumi-chan is much more chill.

oh @maryann, she makes me think about my friends cat who is sick every time the cases come out. Your photo makes me pine for my cat Archie. I have not seen him for a week and not likely to see him for another month or more...

Bean - how is Pops (and you) doing?

Cat owners - you have no idea looking at your lovely pics that I want to have one (tow, three?) cats also!!! Frankly I'm on the verge suggesting it to the DH that we get one no matter what and I live on antihistamins for the rest of my life.....Before we got Fiffi, we was out to get a cat but my allergy made it a no no. Might it have gone away like the dog allergy did?? Heavy sigh, I so would drove to have a Siamese ;)

Me too, @wolfie. A Burmese or Siamese, but I know it's not going to happen. We've lost too many cats, as they go hunting in the fields over the road and we've found some of them too late.

@nursebean how's Poppy? Our 2 youngest went to the vet yesterday for their Healthy Pet Club check - luckily good reports on them.
