YEAH BABY. I've done Insane terrain, sounds like the same thing. 5k run with ponds, obstacles and stinky ponds. Next one 27th April in wandsford.
Thread was "going insane wish me luck"

Well guys, some of our female admirers seem to be getting a little nervous. Seems they don't know where we are hanging out.

Chaps
Do you find yourself 'backed up' on the 5:2?
What is the recommendation for a more regular flow?

You'll find that you'll be sitting less while doing 5:2-to-ADF because less-intake means less out-go.

Otherwise, especially early on, more water, stock cube drinks that increase salt intake a couple times a day, and/or an occasional magnesium supplement will often get things moving.

As a non native speaker I had to look for the meaning of 'backed up' and found two to choose from:
'An unusually large amount of semen stored in a man's body due to lack of ejaculation' or,
'Unable to leave loaf (=take a shit)'

I guess you use it in the second meaning (in case it is the first, I suggest we discuss it in the really secret men's club, given the number of ladies peaking in).

The answer is: yes, but not up to a point where it is bothering me, so I never tried any remedies (less in means less out the next day, but the day after it's 'back 'ed'?? to normal'.
