I'm from Czech republic, it's a small country in the heart of Europe :)

Thats interesting. I just gave a friend advice about 5:2/4:3. She's an American living in Czech Republic. It's a beautiful country!

20 g dark chocolate
greek yogurt with honey
plantain chips - small bag
pork-beef dried sausage, cashews, tomatoes, cucumber, grapes

total ca 2450 cals (my TDEE)

Weight: 95,7 kg

Woooooow :) I know it won't happen again, such a huge loss. It was combination of unusually heavy workload, water retention and the first 4:3 week fully and correctly done . But I'm very happy :)

Hi @Callanthe craving food. Have you thought about lowering your carbs slightly (as they do bring on the hungry monster) and increasing veggies and salads? That worked for me. :clover:

Oh, @Lizbean, I know I should, but the carbs are so yummy! :D but I will definitely address this issue in next few non-fast days, thank you :)
