20.9. Free day
Apples, sausage
Cashew, dark chocolate
1 scoop of ice cream
English breakfast (without bread), cappucino, 1 glas of grapefruit-coffee lemonade, affogato
2 piece of pastry from Marks and Spencer
Apples

3500 cals ca

This is the last free day as such, I'm rethinking the approach and I will focus on weekly average which should be 1700 cals for me to lose (my TDEE is 2400-2500). I don't want to go much above or below it, because the last weeks showed that I'm losing on it.

This could be achieved either by 4 days of TDEE and 3 days of 500 cals or 4 days of 3000 cals and 3 days of zero fast. I will combine these two and of course if the opportunity to eat something interesting rises, I will enjoy it and then I will level it with the rest of the week.
I have an Excel sheet with the weekly average, so I can check out how I'm doing every week.
