Yep, alive and kicking. The last week was one big struggle (non-fast days, fast days are OK), but I'm strongly focused to make it work.

I woke up with sore troath, feeling like something the cat dragged in. So I'm at home, trying to recover myself.

Eggplant, zucchini, beef liver, 1/4 protein cake
Homemade popsicle from strawberries
Eggplant, zucchini, beef liver, 1/4 protein cake
Porridge (milk, plain oats, cinnamon, honey)

Around 2200 cals.

Because I take medicaments, I had to divide food to at least two meals. I don't feel hungry at all.

Water, tea.
Eggplant and zucchini baked
Cauliflower with two eggs on lard

Pork ribs (slow-baked in the oven) with spinach
Homemade popsicle
1/2 chocolate bar with almonds
Oats, greek yoghurt, rhubarb, honey

2100 cals, 160 g carbs

Still sick, so no training :( I miss it.

Weightlifting training, after one week of sickness, it was horrible.

Urgh, what a day. TOM, so I was hungry all day and had bad cravings. But I managed it relatively well.

Water, tea
Gluten free pasta with sauce from mushrooms and sour cream, 1/4 protein cake
