23.8. Free day (aka "carb feast" and I held myself back!)
Brunch with friends - two eggs, bacon, spinach, cheese, two slices of baguette, oatmeal porridge with fruit, cappuccino, melon lemonade.
Small popsicle
Rice crackers with chocolate
Grapes
Spring rolls baked in the oven, tomatoes
"Cake" from cream cheese, eggs and puding powder with raisins (similar to cheesecake but without the crust and less sugar)
3 small bags of crisps
Chocolate bar

Roughly counted somewhere under 4000 cals - oh well... :)

24.8. Fast day
Bleh, after one week vacation back to work. The people annoy me immensely :-/

Water, tea, ginger tea, coffee
One mug of miso soup (my new favourite drink :) )
Eggplants with tomato sauce with one tsp of lard
Two dried meat sticks

450 cals

I have plan for tomorrow's food to be low carb (around 100 g), wish me luck.

Well... I sneaked on the scale and I saw number which I didn't like. After a fast day, 96,4 kg. And that's exactly the time when always my all rational thoughts go away and I start to panic and take unnecessary actions.

So, let's employ logic. The average cals for the last week, even with the Sunday splurge, are 1800 cals per day. It's not possible to gain weight with 1800 cals, if my TDEE is more than 2400 cals.
Breathe. Just breathe and relax. No need to cancel a free day, no need to do a liquid fast and ESPECIALLY no need to throw in the towel.

27.8. Non-fast day
Water, tea, coffee
Fresh cheese, 3 eggs, jamon serrano, gazpacho
Piece of watermelon, piece of dark chocolate
Soup - pork feet, rice noodles, veggies, broth
Raw fruit and nut bar
Tomatoes, fuet, 1/4 of protein cake - fresh cheese, eggs, puding powder, honey raisins

2400 cals, 200 g carbs and that was the best I could do today, I was very hungry (and hangry too) and it could be worse, a lot. Still within my TDEE limits.

Weight training - horrible one, I was really feeling weak.

28.8. Non-fast day

Porridge (plain oats, milk and cinnamon
Cappuccino
Belgian chcolate covered raisins - a lot
1/4 protein cake
Fuet, yellow pepper
Piece of dark chocolate
Pork sausages, potato crisps
Chocolate bar

That was not a good day... But I identified the problem and will deal with it next week. I'm OK with no losing or gaining this week.

2800 cals.

Yep, that's one side of the problem and another one is this stupid "eat it, it's non-fast day, you deprive yourself enough on fast days" thinking. And when I eat one of these things, it leads to another and another.... And then I really don't want to eat veggies, I want to eat chocolate

I have to save this food to one free day and be good for the rest of the week.

Hm, weight went up but other stats, however inaccurate (because I forgot where I measured my waist), seem to improve:
