Lol! I'm no twiglet myself! But a whole stone is amazing, I put on 0.5 lb this week (after losing 6 lb last week) but reading your result definitely keeps me going.
Was really buoyed up over my success today but had it ruined by a few people who shot me down by telling me how bad this WOE must be bad for me. Even though I know they are ignorant as they wont even read the literature I have offered, theres only so much I can take. At least if I eat my bodyweight in chocolate tomorrow, it wasnt a fast day. Onwards and upwards my friends...xx

WWwwaaa-hHOHHOHOoooooo *running around the room waving arms with ya* SO so pleased for your stone gone, and I am NOT ashamed to say I AM jealous of you!! but only in an inspirational way!!.....

in your next few days posts,... would you be kind enough to share with me(us) EXACTLY what you eat on a food day please? Also, on a fast day, how/when you have your 500 calories....

I know I've told you my dieting history already, and I think we are very similar... I want to be you, and to be running around, waving my arms having lost a stone of my own sooooooooooon!!

Fast days I get up and go to pony, then home for a slice of wholemeal toast and a 40 cal hot choc. Then off to work to do more horses. Have evening meal around 6pm. I am pretty active so that probably helps. Also, think the vitamin b12 has really boosted my loss this week as lost 4lbs instead of the usual 1 or 2. Feed days I eat loads, bacon butty for breakfast, creme eggs, cheeseburgers and chips etc etc. Reckon ill eat healthier on feed days when my weight loss needs a boost.

Also, thanks for sharing your fast/food days, just gives me more fith/hope that I'm doing the right thing.....
on Fast days, I tend to have just liquids till the kids tea time around 5 or 6 and then have a homemade soup with them or something similar for 500 cals.... then liquid again.
Food days, I might skip breakfast and then just have what I fancy, or when I'm out eat what others eat - not just 'plain salad & chicken' like I used to!!
So,... I'll keep on keeping on and one day when I'm back into my size 14 jeans (finally gave in and HAD to buy an emergency size 16 pair GGggggrrrrr) I'll get on the scales and see some weight loss worth reporting!!1 LOL
Might give the VitB12 a go too?... I used to take that before a holiday and in the summer to keep the mozzies away!! heheheee.... perhaps it will now keep the chocolate away??!!

Ha ha ha! Well it hasn't stopped me eating the chocolate but hopefully it has kept it away from my hips!
Im looking forward to fitting into size 16 jeans again! When I need a size 14 I will be overjoyed! I have a size 14 dress I havent been able to part with as I love it so much and now one day I might fit into it again!
No 'might' about it- you WILL wear that size 14 dress again! And sooner than you think!

Ah this post has made me smile, well done Horseygal :) eapecially mentioning your feed days. I worry that it is too good to be true as I am eating choc and all sorts on feed days but lost 3lbs first week, chuffed! On second week now so hope the success continues, doubting myself though.

Thanks! I still feel it is all too good to be true but I keep getting lighter so just taking each day as it comes! Sophtwizzle - well done on the weightloss! I like your C food diet! Mine is definitely chocolate, cheese, crisps and carling! I still eat a lot on feed days but the obsession over food has calmed down now and I am eating less than I used to. Keep going and believe its working!
Could you clarify something for a dumb American newbie? What's a stone? lol! :)
6.36kg-ish! I prefer to work in pounds and stones as I feel like I have lost more! Lol!
One stone equals 14 pounds!
Haha. I've added a definition of stone to the acronyms and abbreviations list!
